My Bio
Welcome to my Gallery! If you like what you see, request a commission, leave a comment, drop a fave, or just pass through. Either way, I am happy you dropped by!

My name is Justin Lucas, I am 33 years old, and I can typically be found drawing, reading, and learning everything I can to hone my skills as an artist. I graduated from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online Division in 2012, and I am currently self-employed as a freelance graphic artist / designer. When I am not taking design commissions from clients in my professional life, I can be found working on my next deviation.

So.  Here we are thinking strange thoughts about the social effects that critiquing can have on the artist . . . Through edification we are enlightened to our creative strengths--be they formal, conceptual, or expressive in nature.  Just a simple, optimistic word can go a long way to encourage many to respect their own personal creative judgement, while at the same time affecting respect at a social level. :) Think about this-->Pessimism has its place in our past.  Optimism is the key to the sublime.  Discuss! :)

Welcome to #SaveWildCetaceans! I do thank you so much for joining, as well as your interest! I really appreciate your allowing me to display your artwork in the group's gallery as part of increasing awareness on the importance of cetacean conservation. I will look forward to your fighting alongside with us against all kinds of human threats that pose a great deal of danger to wild cetaceans and other sea life, as well as your sharing your future artwork!
